You're Engaged!
Engagement Party Invitations
Congratulations, your partner popped the question and you said "yes!" Now what? If you are having an engagement party, it's recommended to host this within a few months of the proposal.
To give guests a bit of notice (particularly those from out of town), order and send these out 1-2 months before the event.
12 Months
Sample Kit
Order our sample kit when you start planning your wedding so you can see and feel our luxe quality in person.
6-8 Months
Save the Dates
Get your guests excited about the upcoming wedding with a save the date that makes an impression. You can match it to the rest of your stationery suite, or go with a standalone design.
Order and send these out 6-8 months before the big day, or if you are having a destination wedding you may want to send these as far as 12 months in advance.
4-6 Months
Wedding Invitations
Your wedding invitation suite is the main event when it comes to your stationery. Typically you will need the wedding invitation itself, RSVP cards and Details cards. If you really want to impress, you can get us to print your guest addresses and even add envelope liners or wax seals.
Order these 4-6 months out from the wedding and send 2-3 months out.
If you decided not to send out Save the Dates, you may want to send your invitations earlier to give your guests a bit more notice.
Tip: When working out your quantities, keep in mind that couples and families will only need one invitation.
1-2 Months
On the Day Stationery
Beyond the wedding invitation, there are other pieces of wedding stationery you may want for your ceremony or reception. Think programs, signs, place cards, seating charts, table numbers and menus.
Order these once you have your final guest list, typically 4-6 weeks before the big day.
After 'I Do'
Thank You Cards
Thank you cards should be sent within three months of the wedding, but we recommend ordering these with the rest of your stationery so you can thank guests while the memory of your big day is still fresh.
