Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing. By placing an order you indicate to us your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ORDERS   Full payment is required before we commence work on your order. When placing your order, please ensure the email address you provide to us is correct as this is the address we will send your artwork proofs to. 

PROOFING   Please carefully consider your wording and thoroughly proof read before submitting your order, as this is the wording we will use for your design. You will receive an emailed proof of your design within 3 business days of placing your order. It is your responsibility to check this proof carefully for any errors or changes you'd like to make. We are unable to commence production of your order until we have received your signed proof of the artwork for your order. 

ERRORS   Belles & Bells will not be held responsible for any spelling or grammatical errors after the proof has been approved by the client. Please notify us immediately if you notice any errors on your stationery once you have received it. If the final product differs from your approved artwork, Belles & Bells will cover the cost of reprinting and delivering the item with the error to you as a priority. Client errors can be reprinted at an additional fee. Payment for the redesign, reprint and delivery of the item must be paid in full before artwork will begin. Reprints due to client error will be placed in our printing cue and will not be prioritised over existing jobs.

TIMEFRAMES   Before placing your order, please ensure you allow adequate time for us to design and print your stationery. Our timeframes are a guide only and are dependent on the time of year and our capacity. Please note that design revisions and delays in your responses, feedback and approval may also delay your order.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS   Due to the custom nature of our products and services, we are unable to accept refunds or cancellations. If we have not commenced work on your artwork proof, you are welcome to select an alternative item in our range to the value you have already paid. All deposits are non-refundable. We encourage you to purchase our sample kit before ordering so you can see and feel our work in person.

CURRENCY   All dollar amounts are in Australian dollars and pricing includes GST.

COPYRIGHT   All designs and artwork, including custom and bespoke designs, produced and supplied by Belles & Bells are the sole property of Belles & Bells and are covered by copyright. They are not be reproduced or redistributed without our permission. We retain the right to photograph and display your stationery on our social media, website, or any advertising material, and may use your stationery as part of our sample kits.
