DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare instance that your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 14 days of the arrival of your order, so that we can replace it.
Please email us at hello@bellesandbells.com with clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
